The Field Guide Circle- Pilot
Breaking People-Pleasing & Rebuilding Self-Trust
This is a small, intentional group experience for women who are already doing the inner work and want support integrating it into real life.
For 6 weeks, we’ll move through the Field Guide for Breaking People-Pleasing Habits together — at a gentle, grounded pace — with space for reflection, shared insight, and nervous-system-safe integration.
1 pattern interrupt per week.
This is not a course.
It’s not a challenge.
And it’s not about fixing yourself.
It’s about building enough safety and self-trust that you stop abandoning yourself automatically — in relationships, communication, and daily decision-making.
